On the face, Santa greets you from the driver’s seat of his wreathed sleigh full of toys under the inscriptions “Merry Christmas” and “2004,” the year of its mintage. The edge of the coin is reeded.
On the obverse side, a beautifully smooth face, reminiscent of the decorative bulbs which adorn the Tannenbaum this time of year is surrounded by the conveyance “Best Wishes For Peace And Joy This Holiday Season,” along with the year of mintage, 2004, and the requisite statement of purity a the bottom. Just inside of the inscription, a ring of smooth bumps completes the layout as a pearl necklace completes an evening gown.
