This is a 2010 Silver American Indian Head and Buffalo 1 OZ .999 Fine Silver Round. Apart from silver being one of the best investments on the planet, these silver coins make great gifts and have an inspiring design. On one side these coins have a profile of the proud head of a stoic native American under the inscription “LIBERTY” and on the other a profile of a great plains buffalo, both symbols of the true pioneers’ dependence upon and care of the land. A great way to inspire your friends, loved ones, and co-workers and to spread the message of Freedom.

Which Mint made these Buffalo/Indian Head Silver Rounds? I just bought twenty of the 2011 versions and they range in wt. from 31 grams to 31.6 grams. Most of them are 31.4 grams. Do they usually weigh this much over 1 troy oz.?
Good Afternoon,
Most of the ones I have seen are privately minted and I am not sure which ones have done them recently, I think the JHMint may have issued some. The US Mint issues them but those usually have a letter under the year. This would explain the disparity in weight. The coins are generally larger than other 1 oz silver bullion coins although they have the same silver content, 1 oz.
Thank you for your interest and all the best
