The Mint’s Two Overriding Policies
1. Unless you have specifically engaged us to act as a broker for a transaction, We do not sell coins that we do not actually have (in other words, we are not short silver and floating on your funds).
2. We will not ship until we have received your payment.
Items will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. International Packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Registered Mail. All shipments will be insured with USPS.
Limit per shipment is $2,000. Orders larger than this will be shipped separately to accommodate the USPS insurable limits.
We ship items in stock within 3 business days.
For international and interstate orders, the customer is solely responsible for any personal sales, property, or other forms of taxes and/or tariffs, customs, or other such charges that they may be liable for as a result of this transaction.
We accept returns for up to seven (7) days. Buyer must pay return shipping. A refund will be processed upon receipt of the item. For your protection, we suggest that you use a postal service with delivery confirmation such as USPS delivery confirmation.
The only thing you will receive from us is an occasional newsletter and your products. We do not market nor sell or unduly expose your information as a matter of course. If you receive any unwanted email from us, please notify us immediately at email@example.com and we will turn off any internal newsletter settings.
That said, we have no control over how third parties, most notably our payment processing providers, handle your information. Please consult their websites for their latest privacy policies as we naturally cannot accept any responsibility for their behavior.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance
We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
